This is addressed by our Supply Chain Management Department, which specializes in procurement of raw materials and vendor management along with transportation.
Step 3: Production
Our Production Department supervises the end-to-end processes involved, right from pilot batch to scale-up batch production, helping your business scale up or regulate the inventory as required.
Step 4: Quality Analysis & Checking
Our Quality Check & Analysis Department ensures that all the raw material procured and the final, finished goods meet the quality metrics and standards while accommodating the required documentation for the production batches.

Dr. Sridevi is the founder and Managing Director of CuzEra and modern ayurvedic companies, such as, Dr. Sridevi’s Ayu Herbals and Foxy Life Sciences Private Limited.
Dr. Sridevi was accredited by the Indian School of Business (ISB) in 2009. She has over 20 years of experience in product development across various innovative spheres. At CuzEra , she helps businesses find strategic solutions for their cosmetic innovation aspirations.
Dr. Lata, Director, CuzEra
Dr. Lata is the Director of Operations at CuzEra , Dr. Sridevi’s Ayu Herbals, and Foxy Life Sciences Private Limited. She has over 10 years of experience in product development.
Having previously worked with global corporations, Dr. Lata brings a fresh yet tactical perspective to client relationship management and enables seamless experiences for the clientele. She earned a Doctorate in Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry, making her catalytic in strategic innovations.
